How do I create an account?
You can create an account directly within the App using the sign-up feature. We use secure authentication to protect your account.
How do I bookmark articles?
Tap the bookmark icon on any article card to save it to your bookmarks. You can access all your bookmarked articles from the Bookmarks tab.
Can I access papers offline?
Currently, Primer requires an internet connection to access paper content. Bookmarked articles are saved in your account for easy access.
How do I change my preferences?
You can adjust your preferences, including article categories and appearance settings, in the Settings tab within the App.
I'm experiencing technical issues. What should I do?
If you're experiencing technical problems, please contact us via email or phone with details about the issue. Include your device type, app version, and a description of what happened.
